On May 29, 2026, Disney+ officially announced the greenlighting of a compelling new docuseries. This project will chronicle the journey of the Bonds Flying Roos, the Australian SailGP team jointly owned by acclaimed actors Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. The series will provide unprecedented access to the team's experiences throughout a demanding global racing season. Viewers will witness the raw excitement of SailGP, a stadium-style championship where identical 50-foot catamarans compete at incredible speeds, reaching up to 100 km/h, on courses close to shore.

Jackman and Reynolds, known for their roles as Deadpool and Wolverine, expressed their enthusiasm for this project. They humorously anticipate the series to be filled with action, comedy, and heart, albeit with a significant amount of water, and hopefully, pirates.
